Yes. Like your local pharmacy, you must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live or sought treatment. We also have thousands of OTC medicines. Once we have a prescription on file, as a licensed pharmacy, we can always work directly with your doctor to arrange for refills.
There are many ways for you to provide us with a copy of your prescription. The easiest and quickest way is to attach the prescription to your order when prompted or to use the 'upload document' function on our homepage and follow the steps to send the prescription to us using your cell phone. You can also email us a scanned copy of your prescription or you can fax your prescription to us. Email at [email protected] or fax at 1-877-527-8885.
Canadian Medications are Health Canada approved and dispensed from our licensed filling pharmacy in Canada. We will only provide our fellow Americans the same quality products that we offer to our Canadian patients.

All medications moving between Canada and USA go through a rigorous check at Customs to make sure it is safe. It’s not the shipping time that’s causing the day, it is Customs! There are rare cases where shipments can arrive outside the estimated delivery time. This can be due to a variety of reasons such as delays in U.S. Customs, seasonal delays or weather conditions in a particular region.

You may order a 3 month supply of your medication as per your prescription. However once you receive your 1st order you can re-order again.
We are unable to accept any type of insurance.
Yes, you may cancel your order before it is shipped by calling 1-877-527-8889 or emailing us and also via our live chat function.
You cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
Right now our service for pets are unavailable so we cannot fill medications at this point in time.
We can contact your doctor and get you a new prescription or refills for your medication.
